This is the second draft of the published accounts for BiCon as required by the BiCon guidelines. It incorporates suggestions from other team members, and improves the presentation somewhat.
BiCon 2002 made a surplus of £4024.11; after assigning £500 to the hardship fund and receiving £168.90 in donations towards the 2003 hardship fund, this means that future BiCons will be receiving £10293.01 from us. The hardship fund donations go directly to 2003, and the remainder will be divided evenly between BiCons 2003 and 2004, for better financial security.
